- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, combine mashed bananas, melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Gradually add dry ingredients into wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Pour half of the batter into the loaf pan. Mix remaining cinnamon into the remaining batter and swirl it on top of the initial layer.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before slicing to serve.
Notes
- Make sure bananas are overripe for the best flavor and moisture.
- Swirling cinnamon into the batter creates a beautiful marbled effect and enhances flavor.
