- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 jar marinara sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, egg, milk, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Shape mixture into 1.5-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Simmer the baked meatballs in marinara sauce on the stove for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can freeze uncooked meatballs for later use.
- Use freshly grated Parmesan for best flavor.
- Enjoy with spaghetti or as a meatball sub.
