Instructions
- Preheat oven to 275°F (135°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a clean bowl, whisk egg whites until soft peaks form. Gradually add superfine sugar, beating until glossy and stiff peaks form.
- gently fold in vanilla, vinegar, and cornstarch.
- Spread the meringue mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in a circular shape with a slight nest to hold toppings.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until crisp and lightly golden. Turn off oven and let the meringue cool inside.
- Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
- Gently top the cooled meringue with whipped cream and arrange fresh fruits on top.
