Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Brush bread slices with olive oil and bake until golden, about 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, whip the ricotta with heavy cream and honey until smooth and fluffy. Season with a pinch of salt.
- Spread whipped ricotta generously over each toasted bread slice.
- Top with slices of ripe peaches and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
