- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix flour, sugar, salt, and cold butter until crumbly to make the crust dough.
- Roll out the dough and cut into small circles using a cookie cutter.
- Fill each circle with apple slices mixed with brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Fold over and seal the edges, then brush with beaten egg.
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
