Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika. Lightly coat each in flour, shaking off excess.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. Sauté minced garlic in the same skillet for 30 seconds until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream, stirring constantly. Simmer for 2 minutes, then add Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Stir until cheese melts and sauce thickens.
  4. Return chicken to skillet, spooning sauce over. If desired, sprinkle with shredded mozzarella and let melt. Garnish with chopped parsley.
