- 1 large head of green cabbage
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Core the cabbage and blanch the leaves in boiling water for 2-3 minutes until soft. Drain and set aside.
- Mix ground beef, rice, onion, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Place a spoonful of the meat mixture onto each cabbage leaf and roll tightly, tucking in the sides.
- Arrange the rolls in a baking dish and pour tomato sauce over them.
- Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 30-35 minutes until cooked through and slightly browned.
