- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
- 2 cups macaroni pasta
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups beef broth
Instructions
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until cooked through. Drain excess fat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté until translucent.
- Transfer the beef mixture to the slow cooker. Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
- Cook the pasta separately according to package instructions until al dente.
- Add cooked pasta to the slow cooker and stir to combine. Heat for an additional 15 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
Notes
- You can add chopped bell peppers or carrots for extra vegetables.
- Adjust the spice levels by adding red pepper flakes for heat.
