Instructions
- Place shredded chicken, chicken broth, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning into the crockpot.
- Cook on low for 4 hours, or until flavors meld.
- Add tortellini and heavy cream, cook on high for 30 minutes until tortellini are tender.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
