Instructions
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with chopped onions and garlic until cooked through.
- Transfer the beef mixture to the crockpot and add taco seasoning, diced tomatoes with chilies, and beef broth. Stir well.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or on high for 2 hours.
- Add penne pasta to the crockpot, stir, and cook for an additional 30 minutes until the pasta is tender.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top and let melt for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
