Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken.
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
- Optional: Remove chicken, pour sauce into a saucepan, and thicken with cornstarch over medium heat until bubbly.
- Serve chicken with sauce poured over rice or vegetables, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions.
