- 12 oz pasta (penne or fusilli)
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced beef and cook until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add sliced onions and bell peppers. Sauté until tender, about 5 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Return beef to the skillet, stir to combine, and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Reduce heat to low, add cooked pasta and shredded cheese, stirring until cheese melts and coats the mixture evenly.
- Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes during sautéing.
- You can substitute the beef with chicken or vegetarian options.
