- 1 package of puff pastry sheets
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- Fresh mint for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface and cut into rectangles.
- Mix cranberries, cream cheese, honey, and lemon zest in a bowl.
- Spread the filling evenly onto the pastry rectangles, then roll up tightly.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh mint and serve warm or chilled.
Notes
- Can be prepared a day ahead and kept refrigerated.
- Use frozen cranberries if fresh are not available.
