- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 cup fresh cranberries, chopped
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon sage
- 1 teaspoon thyme

- 1 egg
- Olive oil for baking
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, herbs, salt, pepper, chopped cranberries, and egg. Mix thoroughly.
- Form mixture into 1-inch balls and place on prepared baking sheet.
- Lightly brush or spray the balls with olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
Notes
Serve these stuffing balls with cranberry sauce or gravy for an extra festive touch. Can be prepared ahead and reheated.
