Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Add warm milk and melted butter, knead until smooth, and let rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef with minced garlic until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Roll the dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
- Spread cooked beef over the dough, sprinkle with shredded cheese, and roll tightly into a log.
- Slice into 1-inch thick rounds and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
