- 1.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together ranch dressing, garlic, parmesan, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken cubes to the marinade, toss to coat, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread marinated chicken onto soaked skewers.
- Grill skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through and slightly charred.
- Remove from grill and serve hot with your favorite sides.
Notes
- For extra flavor, sprinkle additional parmesan on the skewers before serving.
- Soaking skewers prevents them from burning on the grill.
