- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- ¾ cup honey
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan with butter or non-stick spray and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, honey, and melted butter. Whisk until well blended. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients, folding gently until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Optionally, sprinkle with chopped nuts or chocolate chips.
- Bake for approximately 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool for 15 minutes in the pan, then transfer to a wire rack. Slice and serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
