- 4 large flour tortillas

- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni or vegetables (optional)
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano or Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce on each tortilla.
- Sprinkle with shredded cheese and toppings of choice.
- Roll up each tortilla tightly and place seam side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the rolls with a little olive oil and sprinkle with oregano.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and crispy.
