Ingredients

- 200g spaghetti
- 300g large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In the same pot, heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add shrimp, salt, and pepper, cooking until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in remaining butter and lemon juice, then toss with cooked spaghetti.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving hot.
Notes
- You can add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
- Serve with toasted garlic bread for a complete meal.
