- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
- 1 beaten egg for brushing
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, cheddar, Parmesan, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Cut puff pastry into squares large enough to wrap the meat mixture.
- Place a spoonful of meat mixture in the center of each square.
- Fold over to sealing edges and shape into bombs.
- Brush with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy and cooked through. Serve hot with dipping sauces.
Notes
- You can add chopped onions or jalapenos to the filling for extra flavor.
- Serve with ketchup, mustard, or spicy mayo for dipping.
