Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
  • 1 beaten egg for brushing

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine ground beef, cheddar, Parmesan, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Cut puff pastry into squares large enough to wrap the meat mixture.
