Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
- Place chicken and halved potatoes in the slow cooker.
- In a small bowl, mix garlic, parmesan, and olive oil, then spread over chicken and potatoes.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or until chicken is tender and potatoes are cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
