- 1 lb ground turkey
- 3 large potatoes, diced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced potatoes and cook until golden and crispy, about 10-12 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add remaining olive oil and sauté chopped onion and garlic until fragrant, 2-3 minutes.
- Add ground turkey, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
- Return potatoes to the skillet, mix well, and cook together for another 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- You can add vegetables like bell peppers or carrots for extra flavor.
