- 20 store-bought or homemade potstickers/dumplings
- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Optional: sliced mushrooms, spinach or bok choy
Instructions
- Bring broth to a boil in a large pot.
- Add garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil; simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add dumplings to the broth and cook for 8-10 minutes until heated through and dumplings are crispy or tender.
- Optional: stir in greens like spinach or bok choy during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and serve hot.

- You can use frozen potstickers for convenience.
- Adjust soy sauce for saltiness to taste.
