Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté until translucent.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in pumpkin puree and crushed tomatoes.
- Add oregano, salt, and pepper; simmer for 20 minutes.
- Serve hot over cooked pasta or rice, garnished with fresh herbs.

- You can substitute ground turkey for beef for a leaner version.
- Add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
