- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 teaspoon paprika

- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season the beef pieces with salt, pepper, paprika, and onion powder.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and brown the beef on all sides.
- Transfer browned beef to the slow cooker.
- In the same skillet, melt butter with minced garlic until fragrant, then pour over the beef in the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours until tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
