- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 teaspoon dried thyme or rosemary
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear beef pieces until browned on all sides, about 3-4 minutes. Transfer to slow cooker.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour garlic butter over beef in the slow cooker, add salt, pepper, and herbs. Stir to coat.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours until beef is tender and flavorful.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving. Optional: Serve with steamed vegetables or rice.
