Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix shredded turkey, cranberries, bread crumbs, parsley, salt, pepper, and egg in a large bowl.
- Form mixture into 1.5-inch balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
