- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

- 1 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup honey

- 1 cup chopped pistachios
- 1 cup crumbled baklava

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes then cool.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Stir in sour cream, honey, and vanilla. Pour over cooled crust.
- Bake for 50–60 minutes until set. Cool completely then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Top with chopped pistachios, crumbled baklava, and drizzle with honey before serving.
