- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- Remove from oven, let rest for 5 minutes, then garnish with fresh parsley and serve.

- You can substitute the herbs and spices to suit your taste.
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken for 30 minutes before cooking.
