Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin with olive oil.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut out small circles about 3 inches in diameter.
- Press each dough circle into the muffin cups, forming a cup shape.
- Spoon a tablespoon of pizza sauce into each dough cup.
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and vegetables if desired.
- Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Remove from oven, garnish with fresh basil or parsley, and serve warm.
