Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced onions and bell peppers, cook until soft.
- Add sliced steak, season with salt and pepper, cook until browned.
- Warm the sandwich rolls or prepare lettuce wraps as low-carb alternative.
- Fill each roll or wrap with the steak mixture and top with shredded cheese.
- Place filled rolls on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese melts and rolls are crispy.
