Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) thinly sliced beef steak
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1 packet keto-friendly crescent roll dough or homemade low-carb dough
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add beef slices, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté bell peppers until tender. Mix in cream cheese until melted and combined.
  4. Roll out the low-carb dough and cut into rectangles. Spread the beef and pepper mixture over each rectangle, then sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  5. Roll up each rectangle, sealing the edges. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
