- 1 lb (450g) thinly sliced beef steak
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1 packet keto-friendly crescent roll dough or homemade low-carb dough
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add beef slices, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté bell peppers until tender. Mix in cream cheese until melted and combined.
- Roll out the low-carb dough and cut into rectangles. Spread the beef and pepper mixture over each rectangle, then sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Roll up each rectangle, sealing the edges. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of cheese for a creamier or cheesier filling.
- You can substitute beef with chicken or turkey for variation.
