- 1 cup grated Romano cheese

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Dredge chicken in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with grated Romano cheese.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear chicken until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Transfer to a baking dish, drizzle with lemon juice.
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and lemon slices before serving.
