Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C), placing a pizza stone inside if using.
- Roll out the pizza dough to a thin circle and transfer it to a baking sheet or pizza stone. Brush with olive oil.
- Spread mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough. Add dollops of ricotta and arrange lemon slices on top. Season with salt, pepper, and herbs if desired.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
- Drizzle with honey before serving, slice, and garnish with fresh herbs.
