- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
- Dip each chicken breast in the beaten eggs, then coat with flour mixture.
- Next, dip into bread crumbs to evenly coat.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Sear chicken on both sides until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Transfer to a baking dish and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
Notes
- For extra crunch, double coat the chicken in bread crumbs.
- You can substitute bread crumbs with panko for a lighter texture.
- Serve with steamed vegetables or mashed potatoes for a complete meal.
