- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 large egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups marinara sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Form mixture into 1.5-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Heat marinara sauce in a large skillet over medium heat. Add baked meatballs and simmer for 10 minutes to absorb flavors.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the meat mixture.
- Serve with spaghetti or your favorite pasta for a complete meal.
