Ingredients

  • 150ml heavy cream
  • 100g powdered sugar

  • 150g salted caramel sauce
  • 200g fresh blackberries
  • 5 ripe figs, sliced
  • Extra salted caramel for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Crush the cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or rolling pin.
  2. Mix the cookie crumbs with melted unsalted butter until evenly coated.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a tart pan to form the crust and chill for 30 minutes.
  4. Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  6. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture and spread over the crust.
