- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- Sour cream and salsa for serving
Instructions
- Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned. Stir in taco seasoning and simmer.
- Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
- Place a tortilla on the skillet, spread evenly with beef, sprinkle with cheese, and top with another tortilla.
- Cook until the bottom is golden and crispy, then flip and cook the other side.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas and fillings.
- Cut into wedges, garnish with cilantro, and serve with sour cream and salsa.

- For extra flavor, add sliced jalapenos or diced tomatoes.
