Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla, continue to beat until stiff peaks form.
- On a serving dish, spread a layer of crushed Oreos, then top with a layer of whipped cream.
- Sprinkle rainbow sprinkles over the whipped cream.
- Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, ending with whipped cream and sprinkles on top.
- Decorate with whole Oreos if desired.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
