Instructions
- Prepare the marinade by mixing olive oil, garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate chicken pieces in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread chicken and vegetables onto skewers alternately.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.
- Remove from grill and serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
