- 2 boneless chicken breasts, sliced
- 8 oz ramen noodles
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add garlic and stir for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in bell peppers and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Mix in cooked noodles, soy sauce, and oyster sauce; toss well to combine.
- Cook for an additional 2 minutes, garnish with green onions and sesame seeds, and serve hot.
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables like carrots or snap peas for variation.
- Use gluten-free soy sauce to make it gluten-free.
