- 2 large cucumbers, sliced into 1/4 inch rounds
- 8 ounces smoked salmon, sliced into small pieces
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
- Arrange cucumber slices on a serving platter.
- Top each cucumber slice with a piece of smoked salmon.
- In a small bowl, mix sour cream, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle or dollop the dill sauce onto each cucumber-smoked salmon bite.
- Garnish with additional dill if desired and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, add capers or thinly sliced red onions. Keep refrigerated until serving. Best enjoyed fresh.
