- 4 cups sliced peaches

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine peaches, raspberries, and 1/2 cup sugar. Toss gently and set aside.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, remaining sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Cut in cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Add milk and stir just until combined to form a dough.
- Pour fruit mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dough over the fruit evenly.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until crust is golden and bubbly.
- Allow to cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
- Use ripe peaches for the best flavor.
- You can substitute raspberries with other berries.
- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream for an extra treat.
