- 4 boneless chicken breasts, sliced
- 12 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken slices and cook until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, stirring until the sauce thickens.
- Add cooked chicken and pasta to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
