Instructions
- Cook the tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

- Pour in the heavy cream, season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens.
- Add cooked tortellini to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
- Garnish with fresh basil or parsley before serving.
