- 1 ¾ cups graham cracker crumbs

- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs

- 2 cups peeled and sliced tart apples
- ½ cup caramel sauce
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- Salted caramel topping for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a springform pan to form a crust. Bake for 10 minutes, then cool.
- In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add sour cream and sugar; beat until combined.
- Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract. Fold in sliced apples mixed with cinnamon and nutmeg.
- Pour filling over cooled crust. Swirl in caramel sauce gently.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes until the center is just set. Let cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, top with salted caramel drizzle and extra apple slices if desired.
