  • ½ cup granulated sugar

  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups peeled and sliced tart apples
  • ½ cup caramel sauce
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • Salted caramel topping for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a springform pan to form a crust. Bake for 10 minutes, then cool.
  2. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add sour cream and sugar; beat until combined.
  3. Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract. Fold in sliced apples mixed with cinnamon and nutmeg.
  4. Pour filling over cooled crust. Swirl in caramel sauce gently.
  5. Bake for 55-60 minutes until the center is just set. Let cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
