  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season chicken slices with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté garlic and chopped peppers until tender.
  4. Add orzo pasta to the skillet, stirring to coat in spices and oil.
  5. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes until orzo is tender and liquid absorbed.
  6. Return chicken to the skillet, stir, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
