- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions

- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and thyme, then sear in the skillet until golden brown, about 5 minutes per side.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in balsamic vinegar and honey, stirring to coat the chicken and scraping up any browned bits from the pan.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for 8-10 minutes until the sauce thickens and chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- Ensure the chicken is not overcrowded in the pan for even searing.
