  • 2 cups cooked pulled beef
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and garlic; sauté until fragrant and translucent.
  3. Mix in pulled beef, thyme, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes; remove from heat and let cool.
  4. Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface. Cut into squares of about 3 inches.
  5. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each square.
  6. Brush the edges with beaten egg, fold into a triangle or rectangle, and press to seal.
