- 1 sheet vegan puff pastry or pizza dough
- 1 cup vegan mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the puff pastry or dough on a floured surface. Spread tomato sauce evenly over it.
- Sprinkle vegan cheese, then add chopped vegetables, olives, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Tightly roll the dough into a log and cut into 1-inch slices.
- Arrange the slices on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
